1. I may have said this before, but I want Sally's hat (which looks like yours)
2. Assume much fun is being had, despite the expression on Husband's face. I do hope he is just deep in thought about some new bloodline he is going to trial rather than any Beef Week shopping that might be happening :)
3. I have just caught up on my Qld Country Life (must read newspaper) reading and have seen the shirt, the hat AND the necklace (people, you know what I am talking about, yes?) not once, but TWICE in glorious colour. Should any dear readers here wish to see our shy and retiring Fiona in her glory as show president please do say, I am only too happy to scan said images and post on the www. (I know, Fiona, you're so very welcome!)
4. Look forward to seeing - and reading - more about the delights of beef week. You know, the highlights and the lowlights for those of us that can't be there.
Fiona that looks like so much fun!!! Love the 'uniforms', chambray for the boys and striped red for the girls....they all look wonderful!! Rockhampton??? Gracemere??
Fantastic! my neighbours and uncle, aunt and cousins were there too! looks like great fun. My daughter is in the QCL so I am told, she was interviewed at the Goondiwindi show last weekend, I've haven't looked yet. can't wait to get it and see you both!
folks with no way of hacking into Fiona's blog, I have The Photos in question up over at www.thequietlifeqld.blogspot.com (the face of cattle-kids-chaos) Apparently Fiona Is Embarrassed. heh heh. :-)
Hey Fiona, just saw a screen grab of Jessie at Beef Week on Landline at the social media seminar! So glad you're tech savvy because your blog is very important for the rest of Australia and the world who know nothing about a beef operation in far north QLD!!! I've certainly learned a lot from it! Thanks, Donna
Great shots Fiona... I admire your effort in posting them while there! I found myself short of time, energy and internet connectivity to do the same. It WAS a great week, wasn't it? :-) BB
Thank you for the good parts at the event, I always look forward to these great photos of your family
