Makin' Bacon

This morning I sliced bacon.


And I sliced bacon.


And I sliced bacon.

And I watched.  Through the kitchen window, piglets wreaking havoc in my vege garden.

And I smiled.

  1. heh heh heh poetic justice? bacon looks most delicious, I would say the breakfast menu is looking pretty delicious, and oh the quiches and all other dishes that can be made even more yummy with bacon...

    our pig, the one that should have been chops and roast a few weeks ago? has been relocated to the truck crate and no longer gets let out for a run, as she has a bad habit of going straight to the feed shed and knocking over feed drums. Three various full bags of dog/chook/poddy feed later, this is one well fed, expensive bit of live pork....
